Deliveries and returns
1. Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made by the carrier you chose when confirming your order. You receive a tracking link for your order that indicates the status of the delivery. In any case, you must contact the delivery person with the information that was sent to you before contacting us.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Our return or exchange policy is strict!
In the case of a return because you are not satisfied with your order, you must return the item to us respecting these conditions:

return within 7 days of receipt of order

return in its original packaging, with its label

return of the article, not used outdoors! In the case of a harness, it must be tried on indoors only, any smells, hair or if the harness has been soiled, will not be accepted!
In the case of an exchange of sizes, the conditions are the same! However, we send you the correct size at our expense!
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we must be notified in advance by also sending us the return tracking link!

If we do not receive the information that a return has been made, if we cannot follow the return by means of a tracking link, we will not be responsible for removing it! It is up to you to provide us with this information by any means possible.
